LET ME TELL YOU WE CAME HERE FOR LUNCH AND IT WAS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!! I love their system the price is all included, tipping not required as I believe they share a percentage amongst staff! Everyone was so lovely and friendly! The pasta we tried was the Rigatoni Carbonara and the Artichoke Dip Penne. The pasta was cooked perfectly, had a wonderful texture and chew, definitely not overcooked and the carbonara had a lovely guanciale that was so flavorful yet light that complimented the dish perfectly. The artichoke dip penne was fresher with a lighter lemony taste, my partner and I shared the dishes and honestly you can't go wrong with either! They also had Parmesan and chili flakes that were optional, though I will say adding the chili flakes added a lovely heat... a little goes a long way with these additions and honestly not necessary as the dish is just as delicious as is! Now the meatball sandwich was delicious, the bread was soft with a slight crunch and the meatballs were so good! The leftovers reheated well and honestly I would love to come back for their salad and other dinner items! Please stop by and support this business, would definitely recommend stopping by!!!

I'm torn on this place. Everything about it says 4+ star but the experience is 3 star. My mine gripe is four dishes cost $102! Two small pasta plates, a plate of broccoli, and a salad for 102 bucks. The value just wasn't there. The grab bucatini lacked flavor. The fusilli with green chills sausage only had a few pieces of sausage and that sausage is bomb! I loved that there was no tipping needed but that still doesn't justify $102 for four small dishes. This place also has you pre-order your meal. Before you enter the restaurant, you place your order. Then you're brought inside to your table. I expected the food to arrive much quicker with this approach. It moderately sped things up. On busy nights, when all the tables are full, I can see this being a good system. But when we were there, this system doesn't really enhance the dining experience especially when it's cold outside. So expect to spend some money, remember there's no need to tip, and be ready for unremarkable flavors.

I've been hearing about this place for sometime and have been reluctant to go since I don't enjoy pasta much. Ended up getting the mafaldine butter and parm with beef cheek and mushrooms, dungenous crab bucatini, and the PSC salad. I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed the mafaldine butter and parm. The pasta is shaped in the perfect way to hold the rich and creamy butter and parm sauce. The beef cheek was so soft and flavorful. Overall one of my favorite pasta dishes of all time. If you're looking for a rich and filling pasta, this is it. The dungeons crab pasta was great! on the lighter side, and the crab tasted very good. It went well with the red chili flakes. $33 is kinda steep for pasta, but it was a solid dish! The PSC greens salad with the jammy egg was delicious. Their dressing pairs so well with all the greens in the salad, and as someone who dislikes croutons - I did enjoy the croutons they put in the salad. They're not obnoxiously large, hard, or dry. I will be back!

Really delicious pasta of high quality texture and flavor. Efficient staff and I appreciate that they have all-in pricing for what is listed on the menu includes all service charges; final bill just adds tax. I would return to try their rotating menu 5/5 - Malfadine Butter & Parm with the added truffle oil was sooo flavorful and a phenomenal dish! Really enjoyed this and how every bite was rich, umami, smooth 4/5 - Bucatini with Dungeness Crab had a green garlic jalapeño sauce that was very bright but mild. Not much jalapeño spice but the side of chili flakes was great. Crab was fresh and not oceany at all 5/5 - Side of House Ciabatta bread is very nice - served warm and has soft texture to soak up the leftover pasta sauce Both pastas were a perfect aldente. Only wished the plate portions were slightly bigger! But I was comfortably full, not stuffed The wine pairing recommendations were fine but I did not get the fruit tasting notes the hostess described. You can order drinks while you wait for a table which is convenient

This is a fun spot on clement to get pasta! Love the way they do the charge system-- price is as listed (no tip or extra fees)! So what you see on the menu is the price which we LOVED!! We got a few pastas and a starter (the cauliflower). Everything came out when ready (vs more traditional all at once) which was interesting. I liked my fusilli with sausage (next time I would hold the sausage as it was delicious without). Parking can be tricky on clement depending on time. Lots of seating and had a high chair for our little one. Only waited 10-15 minutes on a Friday night at 6:30pm but it was getting busy when we left!

The Pasta Supply Co is a store and restaurant. They make fresh pasta and sauces daily and the restaurant serves the pastas and sides that you can buy at the counter along with a few other specialties on the menu. This place is casual, no-frills, and filling. Usually portions at pasta places err on the smaller side but the portions here are reasonable and filling, and everything is exceptionally tasty and because the staff gets a cut of all sales in the store there is no gratuity so the price you see on the menu is what you pay which makes this one of the most reasonably priced pasta spots in the city. I will definitely be returning at least once per season to try all of the rotating seasonal specialties!

Pasta Supply Co is my partner's favorite restaurant in the city!! Everything is so fresh and flavorful. I appreciate that they do all in pricing - so what you see on the menu is what you pay. That includes their tip, and benefits to the staff. I think more restaurants should do this to ensure their people are paid well. The restaurant is quick turn, as you order outside. Don't worry, if you want to order more, you always can from your table. Folks are friendly and happy to recommend their favorite dishes. You'll want to come back often because their menu changes from time to time! On your way out, you could also pick up some pasta and sauce to eat at home. My star rating: 5 - must go!!! 4 - liked it, give it a try! 3 - it was alright 2 - I probably won't go back 1 - turnaround and run

If you're looking for a casual spot and good pasta, this is the place. Their menu is always changing so you get to try different types of pasta dishes. They're quick and efficient. You order at the door, get seated, and your pasta is brought to you within like 10 minutes of sitting down. Pasta is cooked al dente and flavorful.

I've been wanting to check out this restaurant for a year and finally organized a dinner with a few friends on a Saturday! They don't take reservations and the wait was about 30 minutes for a table of 4 around 6:30 pm. I would not recommend going to this restaurant with a bigger party as the dining area is really tiny and best for groups of 2 or 4. I'd also advise looking at the menu ahead of time because they take your order at the door. We loved that they were playing 90's R&B which added such a fun ambience! All the pastas were excellent and perfectly cooked al dente! We ordered the mafaldine with black truffle butter, the Mt Tam Canneloni, and the fusilli in spicy tomato-vodka with shrimp. The mafaldine was the table favorite! The portions were quite small so I would recommend ordering atleast 1 entree per person. Overall, delicious experience and would love to revisit and try the other pastas!

Pasta Supply Co surprised me with its bold flavors despite its simplicity. Around lunch time on Saturdays at the Inner Richmond, the bustling Clement Street Farmers Market takes most of attention from the Pasta Supply Co and surrounding businesses. If I wasn't determined to beeline straight to the restaurant, I could have been easily distracted. However, inside the Pasta Supply Co, you could tell they care about pasta. Wall-to-wall offerings of pasta either prepared or dried to take home. Their pastas are bronze-pressed which means that they have a rougher surface more conducive to hold and soak up sauces. Their dishes really delivered too. Here is what I tried: Malfaldine (added beef cheek + mushroom) The malfaldine is flat and wide with wavy edges on both sides that even after cooking maintained that beautiful shape. Although described as a butter and cheese sauce, there was something quite magical about it in its simplicity. However, the savory beef cheek and mushroom topping helped add that extra layer of complexity that I would highly recommend adding. Fusilli in Spicy Vodka Sauce (added Sausage) The fusilli is a twisty pasta that holds on to all the sauce in the crevices so perfect for this addictive vodka sauce. It had a bit of sweetness from the tomatoes and spicy kick from the peppers, but also a little bit creamy. Again, while the sausage was extra, I would recommend adding it to give it a little bit of texture and provide a nice protein to the dish. Of note, it is more like a fast-casual situation where you order your dishes at the counter and then get seated. They have self-service water! The service was relatively fast and friendly! If you are driving in on a Saturday, remember there is the Farmer's Market that you might have to contend with for parking. Otherwise, it should be relatively easy. Overall, I would highly recommend Pasta Supply Co who are lovers of pasta!
